Something not working?

Write to hello@loadcurve.app. Include your iOS version and roughly what you were doing — it saves a round trip.

Something isn't syncing

Nothing is lost. Sync keeps a durable queue on-device and flushes it when the server comes back, so you can keep training and sort it out later. Check the server address in Settings first.

The mic button isn't there

Voice needs a transcription key on the server you're syncing with. Without one, the server reports voice as unavailable and the button hides rather than failing mid-set.

Readiness looks empty

Grant Health access in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → LoadCurve, or just use the check-in — readiness works on subjective input alone.

An exercise is missing

Add it as a custom exercise from the picker. It behaves exactly like a catalog entry, including in trends and voice matching.
